Do you ship overseas

At the moment, our shipping services are limited to the UAE. If you're interested in placing an international order and need shipping assistance, please reach out to us at info@ekhaya.ae, and we'll do our best to assist you.

How long will it take to get my order

It varies depending on your location. Orders handled here typically require 2-3 business days for delivery. You'll receive delivery specifics in your confirmation email.

Can i return my product

Our goal is to consistently bring joy to our customers with our products and quality, ensuring your satisfaction with your new purchases. However, should you need to initiate a return, please reach out to us via email at info@ekhaya.ae, and we will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

You may request a refund for any item returned within the 14-day return period. Refunds are granted following inspection of the returned products. Your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.

Can i cancel or change my order
